We will ship your items were you would like. If you want it to be delivered to a friend, neighbor, or your workplace, just specify that when ordering by clearly indicating your shipping address.

LPG Systems agrees to deliver items ordered online as quickly as possible, preferably within 48 hours of processing your order.

www.wellbox.com uses Chronopost, Colissimo, or Colissimo International to ship your order.

Delivery is made by leaving the product at the recipient’s address and getting a signature of receipt from the identified recipient. Always check the package’s contents and packaging condition before signing the delivery slip. You must report any dispute to the carrier regarding shipping (breakage, a damaged item, damaged packaging, etc.) on the delivery slip or within 24 hours. This written record from the carrier is required for any request for reimbursement.

For all items other than Wellbox^® (cosmetics, accessories, etc.), packages accepted by the buyer will be deemed free of defects as of delivery.

If you or the package recipient are absent at the time of delivery, notice will be left to indicate when and where to pick up the package.

You cannot claim damage, interest, or withholding or cancel a current order due to a late delivery, such as in the event of a total or partial strike that is internal or external to the company, blocked means of transportation or supply, or government or legal restrictions.

For shipments to outside of the European Union, prices are shown in euros, and the buyer will not be charged taxes and duties. The shipment recipient is responsible for any taxes and customs duties to be paid. Such duties are not the responsibility of LPG.
